Wear It Longer, Love It More

Care Instructions

A little care goes a long way. Follow these simple guidelines and your Curvya pieces will feel just as good on day 300 as they did on day one.

Hand Wash

Gentle hand wash in cool or lukewarm water only.

Machine Wash

Gentle or delicate cycle at 30°C max.

No Tumble Dry

Heat damages elastic fibres. Air dry only.

No Bleach

Never use bleach or whitening agents.

Low Iron

Lowest setting only. Never directly on lace.

No Direct Sun

Dry in shade. Sun fades colour and weakens fabric.

Mild Detergent

Use a gentle, lingerie-safe detergent only.

Separate Darks

Wash dark shades separately for the first few washes.

Do

  • Rotate between pieces as elastane needs 24 hours to recover its shape.
  • Use a mesh laundry bag to protect delicate fabrics in the machine.
  • Wash after every wear to remove oils, sweat, and bacteria.
  • Air dry in a well-ventilated spot out of direct sunlight.
  • Wash dark colours separately for the first 2–3 washes.
  • Reshape cups and bands while damp, before laying flat to dry.

Don't

  • Never tumble dry - heat breaks down elastic fibres permanently.
  • Don't wring or twist - especially lace and microfibre pieces.
  • Avoid fabric softener - it coats fibres and reduces stretch.
  • Don't soak for long periods - it weakens the fabric structure.
  • Never iron directly on padding or lace.
  • Don't dry clean unless specified on the label.

Stack Flat

Store bras flat or hang them. Never fold cups inside each other as it crushes the padding.

Let Them Breathe

Store in a cool, dry drawer away from direct sunlight. Avoid sealed plastic bags.

Rotate Regularly

Give elastane 24 hours to recover between wears. Rotating 3–4 pieces extends their life significantly.
