Do's and Don'ts
Do
- Rotate between pieces as elastane needs 24 hours to recover its shape.
- Use a mesh laundry bag to protect delicate fabrics in the machine.
- Wash after every wear to remove oils, sweat, and bacteria.
- Air dry in a well-ventilated spot out of direct sunlight.
- Wash dark colours separately for the first 2–3 washes.
- Reshape cups and bands while damp, before laying flat to dry.
Don't
- Never tumble dry - heat breaks down elastic fibres permanently.
- Don't wring or twist - especially lace and microfibre pieces.
- Avoid fabric softener - it coats fibres and reduces stretch.
- Don't soak for long periods - it weakens the fabric structure.
- Never iron directly on padding or lace.
- Don't dry clean unless specified on the label.
Storage Tips
Stack Flat
Store bras flat or hang them. Never fold cups inside each other as it crushes the padding.
Let Them Breathe
Store in a cool, dry drawer away from direct sunlight. Avoid sealed plastic bags.
Rotate Regularly
Give elastane 24 hours to recover between wears. Rotating 3–4 pieces extends their life significantly.
