By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order with Curvya, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them as short as a legal document reasonably can be, if anything is unclear, our support team is happy to explain further.
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Curvya the moment you use our website, create an account, or place an order. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site, and reach out to us if something needs clarifying before you do.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, it's confirmed only once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item turns out to be unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Payments are processed by our payment partners over an encrypted connection. Curvya does not store your full card number on its own servers.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We try hard to keep listings accurate, but occasionally a price or stock level may be wrong, if that happens on your order, we'll contact you before charging you anything extra.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, they can shift due to courier delays, weather, or remote pin codes. Risk of loss passes to you once a package is marked delivered by our courier partner.
Returns, exchanges, and refund timelines are covered in detail on our Return Policy page. Hygiene-sensitive items (opened intimates) generally can't be returned unless defective, the return policy page lists exact eligibility.
You agree not to misuse the site, this includes attempting to breach security, scraping content at scale, submitting fraudulent orders or payment details, or using the platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that violate this, and reserve the right to pursue legal action against users engaged in fraud, abuse, or other unlawful conduct on the platform.
All logos, photography, product designs, and site content are owned by Curvya or licensed to us. You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, resell, or repurpose our content or designs without written permission.
Curvya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products, beyond what is required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Curvya is registered.
We may update these terms occasionally as Curvya grows. Meaningful changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email or from your account preferences.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart, plus optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time.
We share only what's necessary with courier partners (for delivery), payment processors (for checkout), and analytics providers (in aggregated form). We never sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
We may disclose information if legally required to, for example, in response to a valid court order.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, access is restricted to authorised staff, and passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. No system is 100% immune to risk, but we take reasonable, industry-standard precautions to protect your information.
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward where required for accounting, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes. You can request earlier deletion as described above.
Our services are not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us so we can remove it.
We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes meaningfully, and where changes are significant, we'll let registered users know by email.
